The undersigned person hereby enrolls as a part time student for a program or course at Richard Robinson academy of fashion design. It is understood that the tuition fees are payable upon signing this enrollment contract. I certify that I have read and understand this enrollment contract and have received a copy of this enrollment contract.

Richard Robinson Academy of fashion design agrees to supply the course to the student in this contract unless the minimum students has not been reached. In this instance, the student may transfer to another course, transfer the fees to another session or be fully reimbursed for the tuition paid for the cancelled course.

  • A student that cancels a course 30 days before the beginning date of the course will be charged a $50
    penalty fee and the balance of tuition will be refunded.
  • A student that cancels less than 30 days before the beginning of a course, a penalty of 50% of tuition
    fees will be charged and the remaining of tuition fees will be refunded.
  • Once classes have started, there is no refund.
